Due to a lack of funding availability at this time, USAID/Lebanon is cancelling Rounds 3 and 4 of the BAA. Please note that should additional funding become available prior to the end date of the BAA on March 17, 2021, then the BAA will be amended with further details and the issuance of another Round.
