Description | The PLESCAMAC3 project is a transnational project in which all Macaronesia Emergency Systems participate, which will be developed in accordance with the lines of work established by the United Nations in the Framework of the Sendai document for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 aimed more towards disaster risk management than disaster management, and to strengthen resilience, especially health resilience, expanding the scope of disaster risk reduction, to related environmental, technological and biological threats and risks. To do this, it will create a Health Emergency Plan in case of catastrophe in Macaronesia in case of evacuation of population with some degree of disability, the formation of specialised teams in immediate intervention in multi-risks and the creation of a training program in catastrophes for first responders and health care as well as the training of schoolchildren in the face of various risks and threats. |
