Three Solar Development Projects in Germany

Orrön Energy is selling a portfolio of three development-stage solar projects in eastern Germany to Gülermak Renewables Deutschland Holding GmbH. The projects have an estimated installed capacity of 234 MW and are designed as Agri-PV developments combining agricultural use with solar power generation, including optional battery energy storage components. The sites are in an early phase of development with no final permits secured yet. Orrön Energy will remain responsible for development until technical maturity, including permitting and grid connection. The projects are expected to reach ready-to-permit stage in 2026 and ready-to-build stage in 2027.
