Description | In August 2011, construction of the Tianchang Gaoyou Lake Wind Farm Project commenced. The Hong Kong based company China WindPower Group invests RMB 3 billion (US$ 458.47 million) on the project. The plant has a total capacity of 300MW and is expected to be completed by December 2011. China WindPower Group has a 100% stake in the project. A lot of calls for bids are now available in the market, implicating the financial closing of the project. The concession term of the project is still unknown. The 1st phase has a capacity of 49.5MW but its investment is still unknown. |
