Description | In August of 2002, China Evergreen Environmental Corporation (CEEC, later renamed to China Water Group, Inc., signed a 20-year BOT project for the 10,000 tons of sewerage per day capacity Tianjin Wuqing Wastewater plant. To implement the contract, the Tian Jin Shi Sheng Water Treatment Company Limited ("TJSH") was formed as the project company in which CEEC held a 100% stake. CEEC was a private wastewater engineering company based out of Guangzhou Province. Total investment was RMB 9 million (US$ 1 million).
