Description | This project is a PPP project of Zhangguizhuang Sewage Treatment Plant, including the inventory facilities of the first phase of Zhangguizhuang Sewage Treatment Plant (hereinafter referred to as the "Phase I Project") and the second phase of the new Zhangguizhuang Sewage Treatment Plant (hereinafter referred to as the "Phase II Project").
