Description	In November 2004, a local private company Tiantian Group Holdings was granted a 50 year agreement to build and operate a port in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province through direct negotiation. Tiantian Group owns 100% of the project. The total investment was RMB 12.75 million (US$ 1.54 million). A subsidiary company of Tiantian Group, Tiantian Logistics Co., Ltd. will operate the port.
