Chinese articles showed that construction of the plant commenced in March 2011. However, there were no following reports about its progress not to speak of its completion. It seemed Suntech had a 100% stake in the project. The capacity of the plant was 10MW. Whether the project was procured through open bidding or not was unknown. Its total investment was RMB 245.63 million (US$ 38.02 million).The project came into operation in May 2012. At least 25% of construction had been achieved by Jul 2011. |
