Description	20MW phase II of 30MW PV plant located in Xigaze (Rigeze), Tibet Autonomous Region, China and developed by Linuo Group subsidiary, Linuo Electric Engineering. Phase II started in July 2011, however there is no evidence for the financial closing. Instread, this item is changed to address phase 1 of the project (10MW). Construction of Phase 1 actually started in Feb 2011 (although the commencement ceremony was held in May 2010) and was completed in July 2011. The total investment is RMB 249 million. The capacity of it is 10MW. Linuo Group, a local Shandong based private company, has a 100% stake in the plant.
