Tideview Terrace - Facility Upgrades

The project consists of the installation of a new entry/exit point into the building and associated space redesign. Rationale: The new entry point will allow for a separate entrance which is now shared between the entrance for residents, those attending adult day programs and the facility’s clinic. The new entry point will be through an existing closet with work including: installation of a new accessible door; a new accessible concrete ramp; replacement of the flooring in the area of the new door; creation of storage for coat, boots, etc.; and the installation of heat into the new vestibule. This separation will ensure the safety of the residents.
