Description | This project involves the construction of 380 telecommunications towers in the Mindanao and Visayas regions of the Philippines, that will enable mobile network operators to provide a full range of mobile and data services to consumers. The sponsor of the project is Tiger Infrastructure Philippines, owned by Cell Tower Services (CTSP) and Daily Life Renewable Energy (DLRE). The Asian Development Bank provides $40 million for the execution, of which $25 million loan from ADB’s ordinary capital resources and a $15 million loan from the JICA-funded Leading Asia’s Private Infrastructure Fund, administered by ADB.
