Tilisi Developments PLC as a master developer, develops infrastructure and sells fully serviced land parcels to third party developers. Tilisi and IFC are looking to collaborate on project development activities to support the expansion of the onsite captive power infrastructure (the “Project”). The proposed project requires early-stage project development support, particularly feasibility and optimization support for onsite captive power infrastructure expansion including a substation and rooftop solar as well as expansion of water treatment and roads. The Project aims to further enhance Tilisi’s plug and play model of offering fully serviced land parcels, by increasing the capacity of power, water, drainage, and other facilities. This capacity increase is to fulfill demand from Tilisi’s growing base of tenants in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. IFC intends to provide project preparation support required through managing and funding external consultants and deploying IFC's in-house expertise and resources to achieve financial close of the Project.
