Tillsonburg Community Centre Rehabilitation Project

The project will rehabilitate and improve accessibility of the Community Centre in Tillsonburg, Ontario. The work will involve: - Improve the access and quality of the Town’s indoor aquatic & health club infrastructure at our multipurpose recreation/community centre. - Renovations, small-scale improvements & small additions to increase functionality & usage, reduce operating costs & implement lifecycle maintenance consistent with the Town’s asset management plan. - Meet need for new AODA compliant spaces & amenities for modern families and staff. - Small new build of an adjacent outdoor AODA-compliant splash pad. - Rehabilitation of the pool area tile floors, deck & liner; main south entrance; lighting; health club and sauna. Expansions will add barrier-free family & gender neutral pool change rooms; and improved aquatics administration space. Also, a new ramp entry into the pool. - New build of a 3600sqf outdoor splash pad.
