Description

Description

This project enhances EU knowledge through two specialized online modules. The Student Module, a 14-week certified program, targets International Relations, Political Science, and Social Sciences students, with 20% of slots reserved for civil servants and NGO representatives engaged in EU affairs and all people seeking basic EU knowledge. Using a flipped classroom model, it incorporates pre-session assignments and interactive learning to deepen understanding of EU institutions, policies, and global influence. Graduates will organize a Dissemination FunFair on May 9 (Europe Day), using gamification-based learning stations and poster presentations to share their knowledge. The Erasmus Office Staff Module, conducted twice during the project, will provide EU-focused training for Erasmus staff across Turkiye. Addressing knowledge gaps among personnel managing student and staff exchanges, it will feature interactive sessions, guest lectures, and peer-learning activities on EU policies, institutions, and mobility challenges. A Guide for Newcomers and an online training repository will ensure long-term accessibility. Over three years, structured evaluation cycles will refine the modules based on participant feedback. Dissemination strategies include academic and public outreach, social media engagement, institutional collaborations, and stakeholder involvement. Sustainability is ensured by integrating the Student Module into the university curriculum and making the Staff Module open-access through the university’s Continuing Education Center. By combining peer learning, gamification, and EU-focused training, the project will boost EU awareness, strengthen Erasmus office capacity, and foster cross-border cooperation in higher education.
