Tl’azt’en Nation - Health Centre Energy Efficiency Upgrades

The proposed project at the existing Tl’azt’en Nation Health Centre in the community of Tachie will upgrade roof insulation, add heat recovery and heat pumps, and upgrade ventilation and building controls. The project will reduce the building’s energy use and greenhouse gas emissions and improve indoor air quality. The project works will include: - replace roof insulation; - upgrade building temperature sensors and controls; - add air-source heat pumps and heat-recovery ventilators; - add ventilation ductwork; and - mechanical, electrical, control/monitoring, signage, and other related works and appurtenances.
