All kindergartens of South Komárom and the Hungarian speaking kindergartens of North Komárom participated in the project entitled “Together, for each other on the kindergarten bridge”. The co-operation exists since 2006 and the project reached its goal. The kindergarten teachers of South Komárom could get acquainted with the living folklore while kindergarten teachers from Slovakia participated in presentations concerning speech therapy and therapeutic exercise methods and received books related to these topics (the one on therapeutic exercise is self-published) and also received developmental pedagogy publications and computers. The collective work lasted for one-and-a-half years, the experience of which was published in a joint publication. The children also had some tasks; during the project they participated in a joint drawing exhibition, a balloon flying event and a ship-floating event.
