Description	The Tokke Expansion Project for Norway will assist in financing the construction of two hydroelectric power stations and additional transmission facilities. Electric power is a large energy source for Norway. This energy has led to the establishment and growth of power intensive industries as well as high utilization of electricity by consumers. As a result, Norway has become the highest consumer of electric power in the world. The Tokke Expansion Project will create more sources for electric power in Norway. The components are: 1) construction of the Tokke II and Tokke III hydroelectric power generating stations ;and 2) construction of 326 km of high voltage transmission lines. The new power sources will increase the amounts of electricity available to consumers in Norway.L ALL
