Tollgate Road Flex Business Park

planned

A flex business park development on Tollgate Road in Richland Township, Upper Bucks County, consisting of two buildings: one 156,000 square feet along Route 309 and a 400,000-square-foot building to the rear. The buildings will be divided into smaller spaces for multiple tenants, targeting lifestyle industrial users such as marble or tile showrooms and wholesale technology manufacturers. The design discourages heavy logistics users with low building height, limited loading areas, and limited parking. Plans include a large berm to obstruct the view from the street and road improvements pending approval.
