Tomato and Vegetable Growing Project

Janile Enterprise Limited is an agricultural business that was established in 2019. Located in Chibombo district, Central Province. The company intends to grow Tomatoes for commercial purposes. Janile deals with agriculture related products which involves growing, marketing and distributing a number of Agro products. The company also offers the following products and services; Forestry – Timber and Tree planting, Fishing and Animal husbandry, Agro- chemicals, Agriculture consultations. Janile envisions to be among the leading Agro Dealer and Vegetable Suppliers in Chibombo and the chain stores, super markets, and open markets as well as walk in vendors in Zambia. The company also intends to partner with Agro-Chemical Manufacturers, Fertilizers Manufacturers and Seed Companies in Zambia. This project is open for FDI through a majority stake. The company is expected to record profits ranging from ZMW 350,000 (USD 21,072) in year 1 to ZMW 600,000 (USD 36,123) by year 5 recording a 0.7% growth rate over the time period. A capital of ZMW 1,050,000 (USD 63,215) is required for this project which will cover the purchase of new equipment, re-casing the borehole, putting up a stand as well as a solar pump and the leasing fee. The company will avail 28 acres of land which is located at Kasukwe Farm area in Chibombo district and an almost complete Borehole which are both valued at ZMW 150, 000. (USD 9,031).
