Toronto Destination Master Plan

planned

Destination Toronto's newly released Destination Master Plan aims to address the challenges of hosting large-scale events and the growing number of visitors. The plan focuses on improving infrastructure, coordination, and the street-level experience to support the city's busiest summers and enhance visitor and resident experiences. Key initiatives include enhancing walkability, street vibrancy, pedestrian-first spaces, better lighting, seating, shade, patios, and public areas, as well as expanding activations beyond downtown to other neighborhoods.
