Description | This project involves the the deployment of mobile broadband infrastructure and increasing of the existing telecom infrastructure of Torrecom Partners LP company in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama, Paraguay and Peru. This initiative includes build, acquire, maintain and lease of the company's telecom cell towers. The total project cost is $70m, of which $30m were secured with a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and $40m were provided with a loan from the KfW and the French Development Agency.
