Description	Phanes Energy obtained the new concession for the implementation of a solar photovoltaic project in the cercle de Bla, Ségou region in Africa. The project will be implemented through the subsidiary of the Phanes group based in Dubai. The planned capacity is 93 MW. The solar plant will require an investment of $128 million and it has already been the subject of a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) signed between Phanes Energy Mali-SA and the public company Energie du Mali (EDM-SA).The concession was announced on November 25th, 2020. Construction of the plant will take 18 months.
