The technical assistance (TA) will support the preparation and due diligence for two upcoming investment projects for addressing marine plastic waste, and climate-resilient coastal ecosystems and biodiversity for Indonesia and the Philippines, namely: (i) INO 57018-001: Reducing Marine Debris subprogram 2 (RMDP2); and (ii) PHI 58379-001: Marine Ecosystems and Blue Economy Program subprogram 1 (MEBEP1). The TA will also promote plastic circular economy for difficult plastics in Indonesia through upstream research, capacity development, regional collaboration, and knowledge sharing through the 'Plastik Sulit: Accelerating Circular Economy for Difficult Plastics in Indonesia project.
