Description | The Tower Hill subdivision on New Road outside Lewes is a 134-acre development with 292 single-family home lots. The approved amenities plan includes a 6,204-square-foot clubhouse with patio, a 2,854-square-foot pool, pickleball courts, pavilion, patio, bocce courts, a farm-to-table garden, and two community gathering areas. Road improvements such as widening of New Road and Lynn Road, a roundabout at the main entrance, and bicycle/pedestrian lanes are part of the project. The site plan also includes stormwater management features and landscaping in compliance with the Historic Lewes Scenic Byway Committee master plan. |
