Description

This project consists of constructing a park and ride lot facility on a 7.741 acre site located in Cobb County immediately adjacent to the existing express/CCT park and ride lot along Busbee Parkway and Busbee Drive. The project will provide 646 parking spaces, lighting facilities and pedestrian access to the existing bus loading/unloading pavilion on Busbee Drive. The new lot will be located on an existing graded terrace approximately 15' below grade of the existing lot. Access to the lot will be from future Big Shanty Road (constructed by Cobb County DOT) and from Brandsmart parking lot.
