Town of Baine Harbour - Water Treatment And Chlorination Upgrades

The project consists of upgrades to the existing chlorination system in the Town of Baine Harbour. The scope of work includes: removal and disposal of all existing gas chlorination equipment, removal and replacement of the building’s electrical and mechanical equipment (heating, lighting, ventilation and electrical service), where necessary making improvements to the building envelope, installing a new sodium hypochlorite system in the building, installing an automatic water bypass valve to all water from exiting pond into system in the event of fire flow, and installing a cistern at ground water source to store and pump water to the chlorination building based on Town demand. The project aims to improve the quantity and quality of the water supply system.
