The main objective of this project is to construct a 411 sq.m outdoor swimming pool to replace the current outdoor pool that is at the end of its useful life (built in 1972). The new pool will be a zero-depth beach entry that will improve access for all ages and abilities to improve swimming lessons and leisurely swimming. Project includes: - Construction of a 411 sq.m. outdoor swimming pool with a zero-depth beach entry; - Installation of a regulation compliant circulation and water treatment system and high efficiency heating system; and - Construction of pool buildings that include: an accessible/family change room, a women’s change room, a men’s change room, pump house, storage area, guard room, and office.
