Town of Bredenbury - Old School Rejuvenation Project to Create New Purpose

The project will update and repair the old vacant school building in Bredenbury which will include a daycare, a gym, a Lion’s Den space and office rental spaces. The current community gym is in a small basement space that has no access to a shower and has low ceilings. A classroom in the old school can provide a larger space with high ceilings, air conditioning and the potential for a shower addition for the new gym. The current Lion’s Den is in the basement of the Town Office. The space is small and the stairs are very difficult for seniors to attend meetings, etc. The remaining 2 rooms would be renovated for office rental space.
