Description	Based on the condition assessment and testing, the main objective of the project is to remove and replace the aged and deteriorated exterior coating of the existing water tower, including hazardous high lead paint, repair areas of corrosion on the steel tank tower, sandblast, hoard, contain, and dispose at a designated site and recoat the tank exterior. This project also includes replacing the aged altitude valve and level controls in the building. The output of the project will be to extend the service life of the water tower that was constructed in 1960.
