Town of Kipling - Arena Upgrades

The main objective of this project is to repair the failing retaining wall that is essential to the structural integrity of our arena facility. When this wall fails the arena facility will be closed to public due safety concerns. The current non wheelchair accessible arena vestibule will need to be removed to repair the retaining wall and will then be replaced with a new 90.8 sq. m. wheelchair accessible vestibule. This will allow arena access to all members of our community and arena users. This project also includes replacing the deteriorated exterior siding, and lighting of the facility to improve the energy efficiency of the building along with adding a wheelchair accessible washroom.
