Town of Willow Bunch Lagoon Expansion

To develop a larger storage cell, increasing the surface area that would increase the storage capacity as required by government regulations and definitions as set out in the Environmental Management and Protection Act, 2010 or The Waterworks and Sewage Works Regulations, as the case may be. This expansion would allow the Town of Willow Bunch to be compliant with Water Security Agency regulations in regards to size of holding cell vs population that it serves allowing for future growth and pro-active asset management. Development of a new, larger secondary cell would then allow the expansion of the primary cell (converting the current storage cell to a primary cell in conjunction with the original primary cell).
