The program will support the Government of Cambodia in diversifying Cambodia's economy and boosting its international competitiveness. It underpins the government's efforts to achieve a higher income status and to improve the livelihoods of its citizens through sustainable economic growth. The program will support three reform areas aimed at: (i) enhancing the enabling environment for investment and business; (ii) growing micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs); and (iii) improving trade policy and trade facilitation.
