Description | The CUSTOMS project focuses on two major areas of action: 1. Increase trade within the area of cooperation. To this end, it is intended to: I). Identify those segments where complementarities can occur between regions; II). Promote trade between regions in these segments; enhance the capacities of SMEs in these priority sectors so that they can take advantage of existing market opportunities within the cooperation area. 2. To break down the customs problems that hinder these trades. For which it is intended: I). Identify the main customs and tariff barriers that hinder the internationalisation of SMEs; II). Establish actions to eliminate/decrease identified customs problems; III). Improving the capacities of SMEs and public bodies in the use and use of customs/fiscal systems in the cooperation area. |
