IMPACT Improved socio-economic integration of third country national women victims of THB for the purpose of sexual exploitation (Trafficked Women TW) in the host societies, thus contributing to prevent re-trafficking MAIN OUTPUTS Increased mutual-learning among different EU Countries and stakeholders Developed transnational common guidelines Implemented TW Personal Integration Plans (PIPs) for socio-economic integration Improved understanding and knowledge of THB among the business, training and job services providers, trade unions and professional associations MAIN ACTIONS Sharing experiences and information about THB victims socio-economic integration practices among different EU Countries and different stakeholders Adopting common guidelines including practical tools and methodologies to carry out the action in the targeted territories Identifying TW background Assessing TW individual skills and training, social, psychological and legal needs Defining TW PIPs based on the assessment results Implementing the PIPs by offering: - training services (languages, basic/transversal and professional courses) - job placement and entrepreneurship support services - social, legal, psychological and translation support services Raising Awareness on THB Communicate and disseminate project activities and results including a document for the capitalization of project results BENEFICIARIES ST: 45 TW (20 TW in ES, 15 TW IT, 10 TW or probable/potential TW in BG) – 60 representatives among the business, training and job services providers, trade unions and professional associations (20 for each targeted country) MT: 250 Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) working at local/regional/national/EU level on THB and related issues, 90 representatives of local/regional/national/EU authorities, general public. LT: THB Victims, CSOs, local/regional/national institutions, business, training and job services providers, trade unions and professional associations, general public.
