Description | The project will replace three trail bridges and rehabilitate one other trail bridge in the Hanover Community Trails System in Hanover, Ontario. The work will involve: o Planning and design work to ensure performance and accessibility of the bridges is optimized, while mitigating impacts to the environment; o Removal of three existing trail bridge structures; and o Construction of three new trail bridges and rehabilitation of one trail bridge. The project will enable the community to improve access to and quality of recreational infrastructure by enabling the south line section of the Hanover Community Trails System to be re-opened to provide enhanced, accessible outdoor recreation options (including biking, walking, running, snowshoeing, etc.) for the community. |
