“Trails of Europe and Awareness in Memory- T.E.A.M.” brings together the municipalities of Pietracatella (IT) and Porec (HR) to foster awareness and knowledge about their common European cultural identity. The partners will discuss and compare issues related to the conservation of the historical heritage and memory of the ancient trails. On these paths, that were the highways of the past, there developed trade, cultural exchanges and therefore mutual knowledge and respect. T.E.A.M. creates a cooperation model to find out some practical solutions for the maintenance, improvement and valorization of these tracks as way to improve mutual understanding. The project is structured in 3 phases: Preparatory Activities: involve municipalities, experts, schools and associations; Twinning event in Cratia: working tables in presence among 206 participants to foster dialogue between and create a new protocol for the protection and enhancement of trails. Dissemination: website-influencer-press tour of european journalists, involve all participants but also stakeholders and other territories in different countries of Europe. Main results: - Programmatic Charter of agreement; - e-book about work with schools created downloadable online for free. - photo contest.
