Description | Fundación Vital is investing 12 million euros to transform the ruins of the former Bodegas Antion in Elciego into Europe's largest wine experiential center. The project aims to create a tourism and cultural hub in Rioja Alavesa, featuring a 6,000-square-meter circular building with immersive experiences, tasting rooms, a showroom for 205 wineries, a wine bar, event spaces, and a potential Michelin green star restaurant. Construction is planned to start after summer 2026 and complete by the end of 2027, with inauguration targeted for Easter 2028. |
