Transit system improvement plan for the 2020 horizon

This project involves conducting a study to review the service offering across the territory in order to better reflect the population’s needs and expectations while taking into account various regional projects, including the Metropolitan Electric Network (MEN) project. Since RTL buses will no longer have to cross the river, it is important to assess the impact on RTC resources, the public transit offering and clients and to determine how the freed-up resources can be used as efficiently as possible. This project also includes a study on needs and the identification of potential solutions.
