Transition towards Green Digital European Industry

The main idea of the project is promoting European values to create a Green Digital Industry suitable for the 21st century by the formation of a worldview, values and competencies among graduates of technical specialties for the constant search and implementation of environmentally friendly and high-tech products and services in Ukrainian enterprises. The possibilities of technological partnership between the countries of Europe to reboot nature are endless. The challenge for young professionals is to scale this work beyond the interests of certain enterprises and extend it to all jobs in order to protect the planet. Further development requires not only safe technologies, but also a fundamental shift in thinking and understanding of the role that nature and biodiversity play in our lives and businesses. Unsustainable mining and energy are leading to unprecedented biodiversity loss and habitat degradation, overexploitation, pollution and climate change. Along with the technological revolution, we need an equally important value revolution in how we interact with the planet. To involve young professionals, the whole society in the process of forming a new approach to industrial policy, which is firmly rooted in European values and traditions of the social market, the discipline «Transition towards Green Digital European Industry» is proposed, which is based on the main priorities set out in «A new Industrial Strategy for a green and digital Europe» and «Declaration to support the Green and Digital Transformation of the EU». The project is to improve the areas and forms of cooperation and communication for all academic participants and representatives of employers, public organizations and authorities; improving the qualifications of the teaching staff to gain skills in the field of digitalization and industrial transformation in the context of European integration.
