Description | The project envisages the additional funding for Concessionária ViaRio S.A. in relation to its project Transolimpica Connection. The 35-year concession was signed in April 2012 with the municipality government. In total BRL620 million ($190.2 million) debentures were issued by Concessionária ViaRio S.A., which engages in the construction, operation, and management of Transolímpica connection, an urban mobility expressway linking the west (Barra da Tijuca) and north (Deodoro) of the city of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. Sponsors ar Invepar and CCR S.A.
