Description	Trentino DataMine is transforming a fully-operational mine in the Dolomite Mountains into Europe's first subterranean data centre. The project involves installing servers and networking infrastructure inside a dry and stable dolomite rock cavity 100 metres underground, providing physical security and operational sustainability. The data centre repurposes the heat generated by servers to benefit other parts of the mine and is supported by power, fibre infrastructure, ventilation, and backup power systems.
