The project involves the development of a Tri-City Ferry System Project connecting the cities of Alaminos, Dagupan, and San Fernando in the Philippines. The project will revive a sea transport system that aims to improve connectivity among the cities, boost the tourism potential of the loop and the region, and enhance economic growth.The scope of the project includes:Financing, design and construction of ferry terminals in the Cities of Alaminos and Dagupan, Pangasinan, and floating piers in San Fernando City, La Union for the embarking and alighting of passengers;Operation and maintenance of the three (3) ferry terminals of Alaminos City, Dagupan City and San Fernando City;Provision of ferry services to traverse major demand centers, including maintenance of the vessels, according to industry standards, and existing rules and regulation on sea navigation; andConduct further marketing and promotional activities and ensure that the facilities constructed harness the cultural and natural wonders of the areas within the loop.
