The project emphasizes environmental performance with features like geothermal heating and cooling, a double-skin facade, photovoltaic panels, and use of recycled materials. Construction is led by BESIX with French engineering firms Setec, Egis, and Artelia involved. Completion is scheduled for 2026. |
