Trim House by KWK Promes

completed

The Trim House is a single-family residence completed in 2025 in a forested suburb of Vilnius, Lithuania. The project began in 2016 and was redesigned mid-way due to planning changes that reduced the allowable building footprint by half and repositioned the driveway. The design was revised to a triangular floor plan, reducing the overall area by approximately 40%. The house spans 299 square meters and is constructed from concrete and glass with a sharp angular geometry. It features a two-level plan organized around a central patio, with living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms with terraces on the upper level.
