Description | S.C. Transport Trade Services S.A. (TTS or the Company) and its subsidiaries (collectively known as TTS Group) are leading providers of integrated logistics, freight forwarding and shipping services in Romania and an existing IFC client. The proposed project is an equity investment of up to EUR 12.0 million for 10% of newly issued shares in the Company. TTS Group is expanding its inter-modal operations across the Danube River System and in Constanta Port in the Black Sea. Proceeds from the investment will be mostly used to fund capital expenditures for TTS subsidiaries: - CNFR Navrom S.A. (Navrom) – river shipping on the Danube - Canopus Star S.R.L. (Canopus) – grain terminal in Constanta Port - Trans Europa Port S.A. (TEP) – river port terminals on the DanubeThe remainder of the proceeds will be used to fund various other corporate expenses, including enhancements to the IT systems. |
