"Turn Europe On: Strategic Union to Strengthen Societies aims to foster a stronger European identity among young people, particularly those from rural or disadvantaged backgrounds. Building on the previous “Turn Europe On” experience, the project focuses on youth participation, democratic engagement, social inclusion, and empowerment, aligned with the EU Youth Strategy 2019–2027 and selected Youth Goals. Structured around three core areas – Cohesion, Chance, and Commitment – the initiative promotes active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, quality learning opportunities, and support for youth organizations. The partnership involves Strauss APS and 20 member organizations across 18 European countries, operating through collaborative working groups, local and transnational activities, and innovative learning methodologies. Activities will be developed across two annual themes, “Societies Care” and “Societies Rise,” emphasizing experiential learning based on the four pillars of learning outlined in the Delors Report of 1999 ""Learning: The Treasure within"": Learning to Know, Do, Live Together, and Be. The project will use both quantitative and qualitative indicators to measure outreach and impact, aiming for increased participation, inclusion, and democratic engagement. It combines local actions with transnational cooperation to build a connected, resilient, and inclusive European society, promoting the visibility of EU values at several levels and strengthening the role of youth as active agents of societal development."
