Description | The Northridge Estates Phase II stormwater management wet pond was constructed in 1997 and is located within Turtle Pond Park in the City’s north end. The wet pond services primarily residential land uses and is comprised of a forebay pool and main cell pool. This project will primarily consist of the removal of 3026 cubic metres of sediment (via drain and excavate), but will also include other remedial needs such as signage repair and replacement, repair or replacement of equalization pipe and repair eroded berm between forebay and main bay. |
