Description | This project will be constructing a new 400 mm Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sanitary force main replacing the existing 350mm force main from the existing termination point on Old Rail Lane at the intersection of North Street, 700 m north on abandoned rail line to the intersection of Beech Street and Simcoe Street, northerly on Simcoe Street to Reach Street and westerly on Reach Street to Carlan Drive, for a total length of approximately 1.3 km. The construction of the force main is necessary to replace the existing deficient force main and provide additional capacity for development in the Scugog (Port Perry) urban area. |
