One cell will be near the entrance off Highway 71, north of the community state bank building, and the other northwest of the main Iowa Lakes Community College campus building. The cells will be sized to control and treat an inch and quarter rainfall event, consisting of amended soil and a drainage layer, surfaced with native planting and surrounded by a concrete curb and gutter. |
