Description	The project involves the construction and operation of 138.2KM two laning road with paved shoulder of Gadag to Honnali (KM 105.5 to KM 205.29 of SH 57 and KM 215.335 to KM 253.713 of SH 26), in the State of Karnataka, India on Hybrid Annuity Basis. SPV is Sadbhav Gadag Highway Private Limited, wholly-owned by Sadbhav Engineering Ltd. The project cost is INR 9.95 billion ($138.7 million). Sadbhav will contribute INR 1.0825 billion or $15.1 million. INR 2.83 billion ($39.4 million) are secured via a loan and INR 6.0375 billion ($84.1 million) will be paid by Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project. Financial close was reached on 2 December 2019.
